Ölziehen
Hopp, hopp, hopp, als erstes jeden Morgen ab in den Mund damit! 20 Minuten durch den Mund gespült! Ausspucken! In den Müll, bitte! Fertig! Nie ein frischeres Gefühl im Mund gehabt. Nie etwas potenteres gegen Mundgeruch kennengelernt. Auch: Gut für's Herz:) Ich will es nicht mehr missen...
20 Minuten? Ja, zwischen 15 und 20 Minuten sollten es schon sein. Keine Angst man gewöhnt sich dran. Startet langsam, erst 5 Minuten, dann 10 Minuten, dann 15... Nebenher Frückstück zubereitet und: Voila! Schon ist es vorbei:) Und das beste: Ihr könnt nicht antworten... auf nervige Fragen am Morgen, hört sich unscheinbar an, aber fand ich schon oft erfrischend, morgens erstmal die Klappe zu halten. Auch: Immer wieder herrlich, die Reaktionen, von Leuten, die das absolut nicht kennen. Große Egos werden schnell zu unsicheren, verblüfften Mäuschen, die nicht wissen wie sie überhaupt reagieren sollen und was ihr Gegenüber da denn wohl für Schabernack treibt!?

Go, go, go, first thing each morning off you go into the mouth! 20 minutes swished through the mouth! Spit it out! Into the bin, please! Done! Never had a fresher feeling in my mouth. Never found something better against bad breath. Also: Good for your heart:) I don't want to miss it anymore...
20 minutes? Yes, it should be between 15 and 20 minutes. Don't fear, you get used to it. Start slowly, first 5 minutes, then 10 minutes, then 15... While doing it you can prepare breakfast and: Voila! Done already:) The best: You can't answer... to annoying questions in the morning, sounds unremarkable, but often I found it refreshing to just keep the mouth shut first thing in the morning. Also: Again and again glorious reactions of people, who never knew about this. Big egos turn to insecure, flabbergasted mice, which don't know at all how to react and wonder about what the heck the counterpart is doing!?
